I’m Stefania, an ex-gymnast and experienced personal trainer with years of coaching in some of Central London’s leading gyms. I believe strength begins with how you move and feel in your body.
I support women—from those new to exercise to those rediscovering themselves postpartum—through bodyweight training, mindful alignment, and free-weight strength work.
My mobile sessions bring expert, personalised coaching directly to your home, creating space for you to move with confidence, rebuild strength, and feel truly at home in your body again.
